"Piñata"

Es el testimonio de la vida de muchas piñatas que han muerto durante los últimos tiempos. Muestra cómo la cultura mexicana ha mezclado el significado de las mismas dando como resultado un acto de violencia cada vez que una piñata está involucrada. Con esta exposición quiero mostrar cómo se enseña a la gente a usar violencia en contra de las piñatas para obtener una recompensa (en la vida real es gente contra gente claro está). México atraviesa una época difícil entre el narcotrafico, violencia y corrupción.
Esta exposición es acerca de apoyar la postura de la no violencia.

"Piñata"

Is the testimony of the life of many piñatas who passed away lately. It also shows how mexican culture has mixed up significance ending up in a total act of violence every time a piñata is part of something. With this exposition I want to show you how people are teached to use violence against piñatas to get what they want. (in real life is people against people of course). Mexico is going through a hard time between narcotrafic, violence and corruption.
This exhibition is about making a statement against violence.

The Middle Sister

 
Bienvenida la hermanita también conocida como "Zaratustra" ella es la de en medio,también fue adoptada del mercadito en la San Rafael a ella le gusta  hacer manualidades, pintar y ensuciarse con lo que encuentre, aunque tiene un serio problema de autismo ella disfruta viviendo en su propio mundo, sueña con construir y vivir en una casa como la de Hansel y Grettel hecha por ella. Prefiere estar rodeada de dulces que rellena de ellos.

Welcome to the sister also known as "Zaratustra" She in the one in the middle, also adopted in the "mercadito" of San Rafael. She likes to do arts and crafts, paint, and become dirty with whatever she finds, although she have a serious problem with autism, she enjoys living in her own world, she dreams to build and live in a house like Hansel and Grettel´s one, made by her. She prefers to be surrounded by candies than to be stuffed with them.
